My name is Damon Anderson and I am the Broker/Owner here at Anderson Realty. I was born and raised here in Richland Center, Wisconsin. Coming out of High School I had many different job experiences that always seemed to find it’s way to get monotonous every couple years. I’ve been a mechanic, truck driver, auto parts sales and even sold ATV’s, motorcycles and snowmobiles. A good friend of mine had always wanted me to give Real Estate a try, even if it was part-time, but it just didn’t appeal to me at the time.
In 2004 I decided to go after Real Estate but I told myself that the only way I would do it is if I was going to give it 100%. In my mind you cannot do Real Estate part-time, you have to be available 24-7. I began my career as an agent for Century 21 Affiliated here in Richland Center. After familiarizing myself with the industry I noticed that most of my business was coming to me because of the people who knew me or heard about me, not because of “a brand name”. At that point, in April of 2007, I officially opened Anderson Realty.
I truly love what I do and I am very glad that my friend mentioned Real Estate to me because it has become a career that not only gives me the opportunity to be flexible with my family needs, but also gives me the excitement of helping families accomplish their goals, whether buying or selling, and being there when the pieces come together.
